This just in : Sanjaya finally booted!

Yup, thats right folks! Sanjaya Malakar has finally been voted off of American Idol. A single personality who threatened to destroy the last bit of credibility that the show had left has finally been booted.

To be honest I actually felt bad for the guy in the end while they played his exit video. He balled like a baby who just had his candy stolen. Then he got to sing again and I didn't feel so bad anymore.

America can breathe easier tonight. The time of Sanjaya has passed.....the time of healing can begin.

Preachers Wife : WTF?!

I guess calling the police and having officials involved was TOTALLY out of the question. Still, one would find it hard to argue against her case.....unless of course that person took in to consideration that she was commiting an act of murder.

The wife constantly asserts that her husband was physically and sexually abusive, but then goes on to say that he didn't do anything that warrented his death. She sure sounds bat-crap crazy, but is she really? Psychologists claim that she was suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and her lawyer is playing the "She wasn't able to form legitimate intent because she was mentally unstable". Does any of that make any sense to any of you?

How does this lady get away with claiming stuff like that? Heck, she even tried to say that she didn't pull the trigger of the shogun. A psych even asked her "You do realize that pulling the trigger makes the gun go *boom* right?" In what world did this lady not grow up with any type of common sense or a shred of intelligence. Of course the woman claims that she "doesnt remember" killing him and that she fled the scene because her husband would be "mad at her.

How about we look at this from a more common sense type of viewpoint. This evil chick was indeed what I described her as. Evil. I know I've used that word often today, but i'm just sick of people catagorizing these people as "troubled" or "disturbed". People don't just snap and they don't just start hearing voices or blacking out for no reason. Any doctor that tells you otherwise is full of exactly what you flush down a toilet every time you use it.

This lady needs no less than life in prison. At the very least she needs to be put to death for 1st degree murder. Why? Because she is guilty of a crime. The husband probably WAS doing all those things she claims, we dont know...we dont have proof, but even if he was there are other ways of handleing this problem. You go to authorities, friends, or even family for help. Yuo don't pick up a pump shotgun and blwo your husband away with it.

Not feeling remorse for the lady. She knew what she was doing and she could have avoided this by being smart instead of waiting to show the world just how stupid she really is.

New Update: Apparently there have been some new developments in this case that totally blow my opinion out of the water in some places. The lady is obviously hiding something, but now it seems to have broadened in to a totally new area. So, in case I end up looking like a horses-butt for saying something pre-emptively i'm just going to say this whole thing is unfolding in a weird weird way.  In such a way that I might have been wrong to coming to a conclusion like I did.

Game related : Haloid - A fanboy's dream.

Words can't describe. A single 3D animator made this gem, and if this guy doesn't already have a job with some major game studio...I'm sure he does now.

Update: The creator goes by the name MontyOum. Never heard of him, but this is remarkable.

Not what you think!

Seriously, Cowell wasn't rolling his eyes because of the VA Tech incident. The no-talent "justin timberlake wannabe" was obviously trying to deflect the subject of his awful singing to something relevent in the news.

To be honest, it's the same reaction I had after watching it last night. All I could think was "Boy...he sure was switching gears awfully quick outta that one."

I'm sure someone will try and bash Simon Cowell for this, but who hasn't tried to get dirt on this guy over the years?

Note: To his credit, Ace had it first and he talks a bit more at length about it.

This not just in : Sanjaya REALLY sucks

Yeah, American Idol was last night and I guess I could have posted something sooner about this, but it just now warrants my opinion. According to MSN it is just now shocking that Sanjaya can't sing. Apparently after country night on Idol we find that most of them can't sing either.

Still, this shouldn't come to a surprise to anyone because we already knew that besides the big three (Lakisha, Melina, and Jordon) none of them really had any singing talent. At least in the line-up that still exists.....most of the actual talent pool was voted off by idiotic voters in the past few weeks, but hey....I only vote in actual elections so I guess I can't complain.

Still...how Sanjaya continued to hang on to a spot on the show is beyond me. I guess it must be all of the attention he got for actually being so bad it's entertaining.

The funny thing? SNL's spoof wasn't to far off from the real thing.

Bad Day

Video compilation showing that alot of people have alot worse days than you.

It's not really as shocking as you might think when you see it. Most of the videos were pulled from Spike TV and their "extreme videos" series that they run with. The others were from the Darwin Awards.

As far as I know....nobody died in any of the films.

Gamer update: Crappy MMO's need to stop.

Now, in the recent years many game studios have decided that they want to get in the MMO scene. Alot of them have made some really remarkable games. Guild Wars, City of Heroes/Villains, Ragnarok Online, Granado Espada, SUN, Rf Online, and World of Warcraft

The one thing you notice about those games, and their success, is that the consumer pays a monthly fee. These fees help fund server maintenance and paying for updates if the developer has to buy their updates from oversea creators. Example: international Ragnarok Online has to buy their updates from Gravity of Japan.

The reason for this post is, thanks to advancing technology, crappy half-completed MMO's just can't be tolerated. Examples: Vanguard, Dungeon Runners, pretty much anything found on the bottom half of the gamelist on mmorpg.com.

This post serves no purpose other than a rant, but it just needs to be pointed out that all of those "free forever" mmo's are weak and crappy incomparison to their higher priced retail bretheren.

No more crappy MMO games!

Oh, just incase you don't think I already know....

Yes, I realize the banner with my blog title is too dark. I'll fix it when I get to my PC with the oh so wonderful photo/picture editing software on it.

Till, then....just deal with it.

Old, yet relevant news.

Well, as it turns out that VA tech's neighboring school, Appalachian State, had a similar incident back in 2002. A nigerian student, who had learned that he had failed law school for a second time, returned to the campus and shot 3 people. The dean, professor, and a student were shot in that incident. However, what makes this incident very relevent is the outcome.

What was the outcome? The students at Appalachian State didn't run but instead turned on the gunman, tackled him, and held him down until the police came.

Obviously fear was the factor in the VA tech shootings. The gunman was packing and people were afraid. However, when most people get scared they will fight back. Can anyone be blamed for being scared and not fighting back? Nope, they sure cant.

Except here's the catch. If you, the targeted, are already in the line of fire when the gunman comes after you. Is it not acceptable to say that, as a dead man walking, you should try and take out the attacker and save others rather than go quietly in to the night?

I might be getting some hatemail from this, but hey.....whatever. If it was me you can be sure that I wouldn't go out without a fight.

Stupid Discussion : Ritalin being blamed for Cho's idiocy?

I'm not going to speak on this at length. Just been listening to the radio and the news and now people are asking if he was an A.D.D. diagnosed kid and had possibly been on ritalin.

As a man who routinely took ritalin as a child I can assure you that the ADD medicine is not the cause of this problem. I really wish people would stop attacking ADD and treating it like a debilitating disease.

It's not. the dude was a whack-job and it isn't because of a chemical imbalance. It's because he was evil. Evil does exist people...lets stop pretending that it doesnt.

Weighing In: VA Tech and the "Gun-Free Zone"

Well, unless you have literally been staying under a rock the past few days you've been glued to the T.V. set and the constant coverage at the VA Tech campus. Alot of opinions have been thrown around through the course of this incident and most of them are understandable and the feelings can be empathized with. However, throughout the who ordeal people continue to ask a single question.. How did this happen?

Allow me to tackle it.

This event was set in to motion years ago through the twisted mindset of Cho Seung-Hui and the obvious oversight on the part of his family and peers. I'm not saying his parents are bad parents, but with the anti-social track record this kid had there is no way his parents didn't think there was a problem. So, we have troubled Cho growing up and no one taking notice until his creative writing teacher sees his writings while he is a student at VA tech.

She informs people, she instructs Cho to see counseling. However, nothing else was said. The teacher doesn't need to feel any remorse for what she had done because she did was she thought was right. She told people and one could say that it was a warning of how dangerous and troubled Cho actually was. She couldn't pursue the matter because she wasn't allowed too.

Now, we understand that the college waited two hours to email people. We know that they waited an hour to actually notify outside law enforcement. We know they pretty much dropped the ball on trying to contain this incident. Well, what about the students who had went to class that day and only thought about french class and nothing else?

Well, that entire class was brutally killed by Cho Seung-Hui methodically and reports say that he lined them up and started killing them one by one executioner style. Now, here is my question....

Why didn't anyone try to stop him? I don't mean the professors there....I mean the students. Why did they all line up and sit patiently as their turn came to die? Why didn't the 20+ students, who could clearly have overpowered Cho, rush him and beat this little deviant till he wasn't recognizable?

Because we have taught our children to be weak. I'm sure people will think thats harsh. Well, I guess it is but it is also true. No one, and I mean no one, was prepared to handle this type of situation and not one person on campus was properly armed in case they needed to protect themselves or someone else. Virginia Tech took pride in saying there were a "Gun-Free Zone" but any logical person knows that those titles and laws only effect law abiding citizens. Cho, who obviously didnt care about the law, brought a gun anyways and took out 20+ students who were completely defenseless.

Defenseless. Completely. Utterly. Defenseless.

Gun Control advocates are going nuts over this and are basically politicizing it so they can push a Gun Ban agenda across the board. You'll hear it spring up in the news if you haven't already. However, is that what should happen? Should we give up another right for another false sense of security? I mean, we can take VA tech as an example. The school administration took pride in their gun-free campus and they pretty much thought they were "secure" but instead they were unarmed walking ducks just waiting to be a target for some crazed loon like Cho.

Red flags went up across the board that basically told everyone that Cho Seung-Hui was a ticking time bomb. The school, his parents, and his peers pretty much dropped the ball on stopping him. However, the real tragedy came when Cho walked in to that building and headed up towards that classroom. Not just because of what he did, but because he was almost completely uninhibited in his rampage.

Only two people have been shown to have stood against Cho Seung-Hui. The first was Ryan Clark who was involved in the first homicide that morning. He came to the aide of his neighbor when Cho began his murderous rampage. A life full of potential was robbed by a maniacs bullet....and yet he walked away from that building and for an hour no one tried to stop him. That is....until he came across:

Liviu Librescu, 76, who was an israeli professor and holocaust survivor. This 76 year old man stood and barred the door to stop Cho from entering his classroom. Cho shot through the door and moratlly wounded Mr. Librescu, but his heroism and strength saved students that day by giving them time to get out through the window.

Two people. That's the number of people that tried to stop him. If one or both of them were armed it may have been a different story. Cho might not have ever made it to the other 29 people that died that day.

What else can I say? a sequence of events led to the most tragic school shooting in American history. There were many opportunities through this sequence to avert this disaster, however not one of those chances were ever followed nor pursued.

Hopefully, the people can learn from this incident. We don't need to trade more strength and offense for security. We need to prepare ourselves for any situation and build out own individual walls and defenses in case another loon decides to go on a rampage. We need to be armed and ready to stop evil before it can rise and take more lives.

Evil came armed that day, and Good wasn't ready to stop him.

Shocker: Dave Chappelle tells jokes for 6 hours, still not funny.

It's not news, but then again im not a high-priced nor fancy news outlet so whatever. The now ex-comedy central favorite broke the Laugh Factory's endurance record by telling jokes for 6 hours and 7 minutes. That's a long time to have to sit through racial stereotypes and the same old jokes he's been throwing around since Half Baked was made.

Hey Dave: Still not funny.

Oh, he did decide to throw this little bit of Kanye West-ish intelligence out there when Esquire magazine asked him about leaving Comedy Central and the third season of Chappelle's show.

"The bottom line was, white people own everything, and where can a black person go and be himself or say something that's familiar to him and not have to explain or apologize?" he told Esquire magazine.

That's just pure idiocy really. I mean...if CC wasn't waving a 300 million dollar contract in his face and was attempting to blackball him in to a crappy show deal I could understand, but he WAS being offered 300 million dollars and the last time I checked.....thats a buttload of cash.

Oh, and i'm pretty sure that Dave Chapelle owns more than most white people in America. So, his little "please pity me because im a minority" stint just doesn't really work with me.

Added a news feed.

I have added a news feed widget from Springwidgets. It's set to Joystiq.com right now because I am basically testing it's layout, but i'm going to be adding more RSS feeds to it later. It seems to have a menu option that allows you to, the reader, to flip through which feeds you want to check out. Once I figure this thing out i'll add more.

Oh, I chose Joystiq because it's got some gaming politics info that comes down the pipes. A seemingly harmless issue, but gaming politics is burning up the multi-billion dollar industry these days as the democrats have decided to try and censor just about everything under the sun.

What can I say? The movie was pure liberal "you must accept us!" trash. Saw the clip on Family Guy last night, fell in the floor laughing, and just had to add it to my reel.

Poem reminds us of our tax woes.

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table at which he's fed.
Tax his tractor,
Tax his mule,
Teach him taxes
Are the rule.

Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.
Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he tries to think.
Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries, then
Tax his tears.

Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass
Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.
When he screams and hollers,
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin ,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in which he's laid.
Put these words upon his tomb,
" Taxes drove me to my doom..."

Doc Weasel slams Reagan slasher flick (and Arquette as well)

Well, since this little smackdown got my attention I figured I would add it for all who read me to enjoy.  Apparently the no-talent hack had this travesty actually green-lit. A low budget slasher flick about a Reagan obsessed serial killer who, oh my goodness, hates hippies.

Gee, that movie sure sounds like a wonderful dedication to Reagan and his family doesn't it? Well, maybe reagan jr. but that's just because he is a liberal moron and nothing compared to his father. What a smoldering piece of crap this flick is and if you read the article by Doc you'll see that Arquette actually responded to Doc's rant on the smelly pile that David wants to call a movie.

It's entertaining and good reading for all.

Jon Stewart Busts Nancy Grace

The Daily Show has worn on me pretty badly over the years, and has gone from sheer comedy news to liberal bias media who takes pot shots at just about anyone. However, In this little gem Stewart has done something that I was hoping someone would do for a VERY long time.

Shut Nancy Grace up and expose her for a blubbering idiot. Watch and enjoy
